FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I WANT TO HAVE MY WEDDING BOUQUET PRESERVED; HOW DO I GO ABOUT doing so

Limited spots are available for 2025 and 2026. Please email at [email protected] or inquire at the contact tab

HOW OFTEN dO YOU RESTOCK YOUR WEBSITE

I restock my website every 3 months and have little restocks throughout the months.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WITH A RESIN PIECE

All resins and epoxies will amber. This is inevitable. I use high-performance grade resin with UV inhibitors, however with proper care and limited UV exposure the ambering should be slow. I provide care instructions with every preservation item to ensure yellowing/ambering is minimal. Additionally, each preserved floral piece is unique and no two pieces will be alike. My artwork is handmade by me and only me, thus you may find small surface imperfections, such as microbubbles, dust and/or uneven edges.
During the process, please keep in mind that
I don’t send layouts or mockups because each piece is created through an intuitive, artistic process that evolves as I work. Trusting that flow allows me to design a final composition that feels natural, balanced, and true to the materials.
Every composition is made with intention—no templates, no mock-ups—just instinct, emotion, and a deep respect for nature’s fleeting beauty.

DO YOU accept returns

I do not accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges or credits. All payments are final. Email me within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is a discrepancy with your shipment.

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME

Currently, my turnaround time is 6-9 months for custom pieces. Occasionally, depending on the commission and the complexity of the item, I will not be able to provide a hard deadline. This is also discussed at time of booking.
I kindly ask that clients refrain from reaching out for updates, as the process is slow and intentional. Each piece requires time, focus, and care, and frequent messages can interrupt the creative rhythm and timeline.

imperfection in decay

As with all natural elements + handmade items, not all preservations will produce the same results. These elements often bring forth a raw, untamed beauty, evoking a sense of harmony + grounding within the process. However, alongside their inherent allure, handmade items can also introduce imperfections, such as remnants of silica beads from drying, microbubbles in resin, irregularities on the surface (dust/blemishes), or the unpredictability of ambering layers within the resin itself. Although these imperfections may disrupt the intended symmetry or smoothness of a piece, adding an element of unpredictability + uniqueness creates perfection in imperfection. These imperfections, rather than detracting from the piece, often enhance its character, serving as a reminder of nature's inherent variability + impermanence, and inviting viewers to appreciate the beauty in flaws + irregularities in handmade work.
